Wage Range: Starting at $20 /hour

Job Overview

This person is responsible for communicating with the customer from the time a deposit is placed until it is delivered to the dealership. At that time the Business Office will take over communication to set up orientation and take home. The duties are as follows.

To be successful in this position, candidates must be ready to work as a team. There are no educational requirements for this position but it should be looked at as an opportunity for future Product Specialists. There is almost no limit to where this position can take you if you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities And Duties

  • Creates customized tracker for each customer including model specific picture, description and accessories purchased at time of sale. 
  • Update trackers on a weekly basis to keep customers informed of the stage their vehicle is in. 
  • Follow timetable templates for value added information which can include but isn't limited to- Specials i.e Parts, F&I, Rides, How To's, Teasers, Finance Introduction/Touch, About us video etc.
  • Provide resources for the customers to enhance their vehicle experience i.e places to ride, spots to visit, access to maps, ideas for things they need
  • When a customer reaches out to the customer they are communicating with time frames and questions they may have. Working with a specific department to answer any questions they can't readily answer. 
  • Sending customers review requests at time of take home and providing the guest with pictures. 
  • Following up with customers who didn't provide a review to see what we can do to get one.
  • Dispatch our driver group through our TeamReach app for all pickup and deliveries in the dealership.  
  • Make all repair orders for customer sold vehicles requiring accessory installation or display vehicles for floor
  • Make base codes for all new vehicles that come out, along with upkeep of the manufacturer’s matrix
  • Make all stock numbers for on order vehicles
